A.Yes, we can look at shipping or delivery options for you.
If you can not pick it up yourself, we can quote shipping for you; after you place your order.

Q.Is this equipment residential or commercial grade?
A.All equipment sold is commercial grade. We do NOT sell residential grade. This equipment is intended for commercial use.
Q.How do I know if the equipment is safe?
A.All equipment is inspected at manufacturer warehouse, tagged, bagged, then sent to us to resell to you. We do not open the inflatables, but encourage you to pick up and open to inspect on site.
Q.Is there a warranty?
A.Midwest Event Sales does not warranty; however, most inflatables and tents come with a manufacturer warranty. The specifics are located in the description of each item.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash in person for pick up or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our staff does not carry cash change on the premises.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.Same-day cancelation before 5 pm is eligible for a payment void for no charges.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes all orders require a 50% Credit Card deposit; remaining to be charged up to 2 days before shipment or at pick up.
Q.How does an authorized reseller benefit me?
A.Manufacturers are located in one part of the USA. Shipping to many areas gets expensive to the consumer, so we worked out a bulk shipping price to get equipment to the Midwest to help decrease the shipping costs to the public. This also now offers a pickup location to come pick something up in a bind shall you need something in a pinch.
